eREAD, Inc, a 501c3 incorporated January
31, 2003, serves as an active agent to
provide a total package of educational
programs for the community it serves.
In
response to identified needs, eREAD,
Inc. enrichment programs provide a
variety of outreach and literacy
programs for both youth and senior
citizens. Seeking community solutions
and empowering the community towards
developing solutions is primary.
eREAD is responsible for the
administration and evaluation of all
programs currently under the eREAD
banner. In addition, eREAD has provided
evaluation for a National Science
Foundation grant and has consulted in
the development of technology-based
school curriculum. eREAD is also
involved with additional projects in
educational contexts including but not
limited to the delivery of workshops for
teachers to help them successfully
incorporate technology in the
classroom.
There is a wealth of knowledge and
multiple resources in our community. eREAD,
Inc. acknowledges these resources and
our community’s willingness to share
this wealth.
